Caltech Laboratory Sdn. Bhd. Mission Statement
"Our mission is to provide customer quality service by maintaining good Quality System practices through ISO/IEC 17025 ."Caltech Laboratory Sdn. Bhd. was founded in 1993 as independent electrical calibration laboratory in northern Malaysia. Since then, we have steadily grown by adding many new capabilities to our services and become Penang's premier full service calibration and repair laboratory. We have been accredited to ISO/IEC G25 on 11th August 1994 by the Department of Standards Malaysia to provide service to our customers in our facility.
We then successfully migrate from ISO/IEC G25 to ISO/IEC 17025 on 5th July 2002 to continuous complying with the ISO general requirement for the competence of calibration laboratories.
A subsidiary laboratory was set-up in central Malaysia to provide efficient service for our customers in southern part of the peninsular on 2nd January 1995.
Our staffs are dedicated to provide quality services and understand our customers' needs. With many years of experience and well-trained staffs we are able to provide quick turnaround and satisfy your emergency situations.
